You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. ABDiaspora is intended for individuals of Antiguan & Barbudan heritage, returning residents, and affiliated partners. We reserve the right to request verification of identity (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate) to grant access to specific "Verified" features of the Directory.
Your Content: When you post content to the Heritage Archive, Directory, or Feed, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant ABDiaspora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Our Content: The ABDiaspora logo, design, and "Hall of Excellence" curation are the exclusive property of ABDiaspora Ltd.
ABDiaspora hosts a "Partner Channel" where third parties (Banks, Insurers, Government Agencies) post offers. We act solely as a conduit for this information. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a Partner. Any agreement you enter into with a Partner (e.g., opening a mortgage) is solely between you and that Partner.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Community Guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or harass other members.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. John's, Antigua.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your "Heritage Archive" contributions at any time.

When using the "Opportunities" board or contacting Partners, maintain professional standards. Scams, spamming, or solicitation of funds is prohibited.
