Description

We often pay very little attention to our mental health. It is something that I gave very little thought to in the past but more recently it is something I think about often.

Maybe it's my age and the fact that at this time in life you had far more, sometimes repeating, experiences of what truly affects your mental state, how and why.

The more I thought about mental health, the more I came to the conclusion that the places we sleep - where and why - could help as an indicator of our good or bad mental health.

I am not a mental health professional but I'm sure that you and others may find that this resonates with you. If it does, I would love for you to share your story in this collection.

The beauty of Atb.world is that you can add new chapters to your story and edit existing chapters at any time, even adding dates and general place tags to them.

So join in now. You can start with just a title and summary.
